Pet of the Week – Karmen (A182546)

UPDATE 10/14:  Karmen has been adopted!

Here is the Anchorage Daily News Dog Blog Pet of the Week:

Karmen (A182546)

Karmen (A182546)

Here is Karmen, a 5 year old, spayed female, pit bull mix.  This beautiful girl is active, friendly and personable.  She’s lived happily with cats, small dogs and children–though she prefers older kids, and will be too bouncy for small ones. Kennel-trained, rides fine in the car, has been to the dog park. Sits politely for treats and handles great on leash. Likes walks, outings, fetch, and just hanging out with her humans. Very sweet gal and a fine family pet!  Karmen can be adopted for $57, as she is already spayed, which includes her MOA dog license, vaccinations, and microchip.
