UPDATE 12/18: Fat Cat and Gilly have been adopted!

November is Adopt-A-Senior Pet Month and we have a pair of cats that not only show how great senior pets can be, but are a steal of an adoption price as well! Fat Cat (A192094) came to Anchorage Animal Care and Control with her sister Gilly (A192093). They are both ten years old and have lived together their entire lives. Fat Cat is active and talkative, she is playful and affectionate but enjoys her alone time too. Gilly is quiet and affectionate. She is playful and loves to be with people. She will even sleep with her people if they will let her! Both Fat Cat and Gilly are good with dogs, but avoided the children in their previous home. These darling kitties can be adopted for one low price – $62 for both thanks to the Alaska SPCA covering the adoption fees for one, if they are adopted together! Adopt Fat Cat and Gilly and you have an easy, ready-made family that gets along well! Their adoption fees include their vaccinations and microchips.
