Monty (A192245)
Today we’d like you to meet Monty Python (he’s actually a Ball Python). Snakes can be a fun and interest pet for the right person! The ball python is a good snake for a beginning snake owner. Growing to a maximum size of 3-5 feet, ball pythons are not as large as many of the other constricting snakes that are kept as pets, and are quite docile and easy to handle. Ball pythons are so named because when threatened they roll themselves into a tight ball, tucking their head inside their coils. They can live for a long time with proper care, generally 20-30 years or longer. Monty can be adopted for only $10!
