Here is the KFAT 92.9/Wolf 96.3 Pet of the Week:

Jacob (A186713)

Here is Jacob, an adult, neutered male, shepherd mix.  Easy-going, laid-back and very sweet, this lovable fellow handles great on his leash.  He is on the older side, though he came to us as a stray, so we don’t know his actual age.  That being said, he is still plenty spry, really enjoys his outings and being with people.  He did well in Shelter Dog Play Group with all the other dogs, playing quite like a puppy with a Border Collie mix named Lexi in particular.  Calm and mature, he’s an experienced people lover, full of affection and a giver of kisses. Good-natured and even-tempered–a solid companion, and super sweet guy! Special thanks to the Alaska SPCA for providing Jacob’s neuter surgery free of charge and reducing his adoption fee by $80!  Jacob can now be adopted for $72, which includes his MOA license, vaccinations, and microchip.

She’s rapidly getting her proper weight back and needs an owner who will see her through to full recovery. She’s easy to handle and walk, sits for her treats and takes them gently, and enjoys exploring her surroundings. A comfortable companion for walks or just hanging out with. Very sweet girl! Olive Oyle can be adopted for $152, which includes her spay deposit, MOA license, vaccinations, and microchip.
