June is Adopt-A-Cat Month! To celebrate, Anchorage Animal Care & Control Center will be providing goody bags for all adult cats adopted during the month of June, lovingly put together by AACCC volunteers, and will have their names entered in a drawing for a basket filled with supplies, treats and toys for them and their new pet parents. Help us make June a great adoption month for cats by sharing this post and spreading the word!
Please meet Delphi, a 4 year old, spayed female, domestic longhair mix cat. Delphi is a quiet, laid back, affectionate kitty. She is a bit of a couch potato, a little bit of weight management and exercise need to be in her future! She has previously lived with children and other cats; she also lived with a dog, but avoided him. Delphi enjoys being with her people and helping them with whatever they may be doing, she prefers attention and being petted to playing. If you are looking for a happy, good-natured companion, or a dieting partner to commiserate with, Delphi would love to go home with you! Delphi can be adopted for $62, as she is already spayed, which includes her vaccinations and microchip.
