UPDATE 6/3: Lola has been adopted!
Here is the Anchorage Daily News Dog Blog Pet of the Week:
Here is Lola, an 8 year old, spayed female, pit bull mix. If you could look up Lola the Lovabull in the dictionary, it would read: tolerant, calm, very friendly, good-natured, sweet, gentle and mature. This girl walks well on her leash and is eager to please. She’s earned all A+s in Shelter Dog Training Class. A wonderful family dog, she is kennel-trained, has been to doggy daycare and obedience classes, and lived with children. An attentive, pleasant companion who likes couch cuddling and giving kisses, Lola can be adopted for only $42, as she is already spayed and current on vaccinations. The adoption fee includes her MOA license and microchip.
